7 Layer Dip Recipe
Each layer is filled with a unique blend of Mexican inspired flavours and textures. Perfect for Cinco Del Mayo or Taco Tuesday. It's also great at parties and potlucks. It's easy to make, no cooking necessary. Just add the ingredients, layer them, then serve with your favorite dippers or tortilla chips.

- The can of refrying beans is 0.83 ounces 16 oz.
- 2.5 tsp homemade taco seasoning or 1 oz. of a packet
- 1.67 cups sour cream
- Make or buy guacamole that is between 1.67 and 2.5 cups.
- 1.67 cups Mexican-style cheese or Cheddar cheese
- 2.33 Roma tomatos diced
- 0.42-0.83 cup black olives sliced 2-4 oz or to your preference
- A quarter cup of finely chopped green onion 0.42 bunch (0.42)
- Finely chopped 0.42 small bunches of cilantro 1/4 cup.
In a small saucepan, or in an uncovered bowl placed in the microwave for a few minutes to warm them up so they can spread easier. Incorporate half the taco spice. Spread the bean mixture in the bottom 9x13 inch glass dish.
Spread the Guacamole onto the beans.
In a smaller bowl, combine the sourcream with the remainder of taco seasoning. Spread the remaining half of the taco seasoning over the top.
Then sprinkle the green onions and cilantro on top of the tomato mixture. To dip in, serve with tortillas chips.
